Joe Tools Switcher Crosshead

The Switcher Crosshead offers extreme efficiency and productivity, with the ability to continuously run two consecutive colors without stopping the production process. This dual layer, co-extrusion technology allows the Switcher Head to easily apply the compound from two extruders onto the inner and outer layers of the extruded product, then easily divert the color compound with a manually operated switch valve. When the first production quantity is completed, simply shift the Color Layer Switch Valve to transpose the inner and outer layers... and you're ready to begin the next production run! There's no waste and no additional set up time. Just exceptional performance and productivity.
