As a result, this new system of non-stop production can greatly reduce setup time, eliminate waste, increase sustainability, and bring productivity to an all-time high. The technology of Joe Tools' Zero-Bleed Head utilizes 3 extruders, with a color layer switch diverting the flow of compound from 2 extruders onto the inner and outer layers of the applied insulation.
Then the third extruder feeds the base compound for the center layer, which can perpetually run without change
